Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup strawberry jam
- Fresh strawberries for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter until crumbly. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add the strawberry jam and fold lightly to create a swirled effect.
- Using a spoon or small scoop, form bite-sized cheesecake balls.
- Roll each cheesecake bite in the strawberry-graham crumble mixture until fully coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set before serving. Top with fresh strawberries if desired.
