Description

S’mores Cookies are chewy, gooey treats that combine all the classic campfire flavors — graham crackers, melted chocolate, and toasted marshmallows — baked into a soft cookie form for the perfect indulgent dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 12 graham crackers, broken into small pieces


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and graham cracker pieces.
  7. Drop tablespoon-sized scoops of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Press a few mini marshmallows on top of each cookie.
  9. Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until edges are golden and marshmallows are lightly toasted.
  10. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For extra gooey cookies, press more marshmallows and chocolate chunks on top halfway through baking.
  • Chill dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
  • Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
  • You can use milk chocolate chunks for a more traditional s’mores flavor.
