Description
S’mores Cookies are chewy, gooey treats that combine all the classic campfire flavors — graham crackers, melted chocolate, and toasted marshmallows — baked into a soft cookie form for the perfect indulgent dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1–2 graham crackers, broken into small pieces
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips and graham cracker pieces.
- Drop tablespoon-sized scoops of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Press a few mini marshmallows on top of each cookie.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until edges are golden and marshmallows are lightly toasted.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For extra gooey cookies, press more marshmallows and chocolate chunks on top halfway through baking.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
- You can use milk chocolate chunks for a more traditional s’mores flavor.
