Ingredients
- 1 cup milk (dairy or almond)
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee (cooled)
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1–2 tbsp sugar or sweetener (to taste)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp whipped cream (for topping)
- 1 tbsp crushed Reese’s Pieces or chopped peanut butter cups (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients: Brew coffee and let it cool completely (or use cold brew for a smoother flavor).
- Blend: In a blender, combine milk, cooled coffee, ice, peanut butter, chocolate syrup, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust sweetness: Taste and add more sugar or chocolate syrup if desired.
- Serve: Pour into a tall glass, top with whipped cream, and drizzle extra chocolate syrup on top.
- Garnish with crushed Reese’s Pieces or chopped peanut butter cups for the ultimate finishing touch.
Notes
- For a thicker texture, add more ice or a frozen banana.
- Make it caffeine-free by omitting coffee or using decaf.
- For a dairy-free option, use almond or oat milk and dairy-free chocolate syrup.
- To make it extra indulgent, blend in a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
