Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or almond)
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 12 tbsp sugar or sweetener (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream (for topping)
  • 1 tbsp crushed Reese’s Pieces or chopped peanut butter cups (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: Brew coffee and let it cool completely (or use cold brew for a smoother flavor).
  2. Blend: In a blender, combine milk, cooled coffee, ice, peanut butter, chocolate syrup, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
