- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz each), cut into quarters
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a bundt pan or round baking dish.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and place them in a large bowl.
- Add pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss everything together until the dough pieces are evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until the dough is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for about 5 minutes, then carefully invert onto a serving plate if using a bundt pan.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
- You can add cooked sausage, mushrooms, olives, or bell peppers for extra pizza flavor.
- If the top browns too quickly, loosely cover with foil during the last minutes of baking.
- Serve immediately while the cheese is warm and stretchy.
- Leftovers can be reheated in the oven or air fryer for best texture.
