Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form crust.
  3. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle shredded coconut, white chocolate chips, and chopped pistachios evenly on top. Press down gently.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
  6. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
