Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form crust.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut, white chocolate chips, and chopped pistachios evenly on top. Press down gently.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.

- For a festive touch, drizzle with melted white chocolate after baking.
