Description

Pistachio-crusted brie bites with cranberry honey glaze are elegant, bite-sized appetizers featuring creamy brie coated in crunchy pistachios and finished with a sweet-tart glaze.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz brie cheese, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or panko
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for baking or frying)
  • 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Dip each brie cube into beaten egg.
  3. Roll brie in breadcrumbs, then press into chopped pistachios to coat well.
  4. Place coated brie bites on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Lightly drizzle or brush with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and just softened.
  7. Meanwhile, heat cranberry sauce, honey, and lemon juice in a small saucepan until smooth.
  8. Remove brie bites from oven and drizzle with cranberry honey glaze.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Freeze brie cubes for 15 minutes before coating to prevent melting.
  • Can also be air-fried for extra crispiness.
