Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup finely ground pistachios (unsalted)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios for topping (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, ground pistachios, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir just until combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top if using.
  8. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Cool completely before slicing and serving.
