Ingredients

  • 1 sleeve buttery round crackers (like Ritz)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 24 mini pepperoni slices (or regular pepperoni cut smaller)
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange crackers evenly on the baking sheet, leaving a little space between each.
  3. Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon of pizza sauce onto each cracker and spread gently.
  4. Top each with a pinch of shredded mozzarella cheese and one mini pepperoni slice.
