Description

Oreo balls with sprinkles are no-bake bite-sized treats made with crushed Oreos and cream cheese, coated in chocolate and finished with festive sprinkles.

Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz white or milk chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup holiday or rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  2. Mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until fully combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  5. Dip each ball into melted chocolate, coating completely.
  6. Place back on parchment paper and immediately top with sprinkles.
  7. Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
  8. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Work quickly when adding sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • White chocolate gives the best contrast for sprinkles.
