Description
Oreo balls with sprinkles are no-bake bite-sized treats made with crushed Oreos and cream cheese, coated in chocolate and finished with festive sprinkles.
Ingredients
- 36 Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz white or milk chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup holiday or rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- Mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until fully combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Place back on parchment paper and immediately top with sprinkles.
- Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Work quickly when adding sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- White chocolate gives the best contrast for sprinkles.
