Description

No-bake banana split cake is a creamy, layered dessert inspired by the classic banana split, featuring a graham cracker crust, banana layer, pineapple, cheesecake filling, and whipped topping.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained well
  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
  5. Layer sliced bananas evenly on top.
  6. Spoon crushed pineapple over the bananas.
  7. Spread whipped topping evenly over the pineapple layer.
  8. Sprinkle chopped strawberries and nuts on top.
  9. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  10. Garnish with maraschino cherries if desired.
  11. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Drain pineapple very well to prevent sogginess.
  • Use ripe but firm bananas.
  • Best served chilled.
