No-bake banana split cake is a creamy, layered dessert inspired by the classic banana split, featuring a graham cracker crust, banana layer, pineapple, cheesecake filling, and whipped topping.
Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained well
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
- Layer sliced bananas evenly on top.
- Spoon crushed pineapple over the bananas.
- Spread whipped topping evenly over the pineapple layer.
- Sprinkle chopped strawberries and nuts on top.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Garnish with maraschino cherries if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Drain pineapple very well to prevent sogginess.
- Use ripe but firm bananas.
- Best served chilled.
