Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Mini pepperoni, olives, or veggies (optional toppings)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add water and olive oil, then knead into a soft dough.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into small circles using a cookie cutter or glass.
- Place dough circles on the prepared tray and lightly prick with a fork.
- Spread a small spoonful of pizza sauce over each mini base.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and any desired toppings.
- Sprinkle oregano and chili flakes over the top for extra flavor.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving warm.

- You can use store-bought pizza dough or biscuit dough for convenience.
