Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Mini pepperoni, olives, or veggies (optional toppings)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add water and olive oil, then knead into a soft dough.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into small circles using a cookie cutter or glass.
  4. Place dough circles on the prepared tray and lightly prick with a fork.
  5. Spread a small spoonful of pizza sauce over each mini base.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and any desired toppings.
  7. Sprinkle oregano and chili flakes over the top for extra flavor.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving warm.
