Ingredients
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 8 slices salami
- 8 slices pepperoni
- 8 slices ham or turkey
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced banana peppers
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Lay provolone cheese slices flat on a clean surface.
- Layer salami, pepperoni, and ham or turkey evenly over each cheese slice.
- Add shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and banana peppers.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
- Drizzle a small amount of dressing over each stack.
- Carefully roll each slice tightly into a roll-up.
- Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
