Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, whole grain mustard (if using), minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour honey mustard mixture evenly over the chicken, coating well.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for slight caramelization.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
