- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup beef broth or water
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and beef broth.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring well to coat.
- Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
- Season with black pepper to taste and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
