Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cans (14.5 oz each) green beans, drained
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a baking dish.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and cook until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix in cream of mushroom soup and sour cream until combined.
- Add drained green beans and stir gently.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Fresh or frozen green beans can be used instead of canned.
- Add crispy fried onions on top for extra crunch.
