Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz each) green beans, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and cook until softened.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
  5. Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  6. Mix in cream of mushroom soup and sour cream until combined.
  7. Add drained green beans and stir gently.
  8. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  10. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  11. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
