Description
Garlic Parmesan cheeseburger bombs are bite-sized stuffed dough balls filled with seasoned beef and melty cheese, brushed with garlic butter and baked until golden.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder; remove from heat.
- Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a circle.
- Spoon a small amount of beef into the center of each dough round.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Wrap dough around the filling and pinch to seal completely.
- Place bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter and minced garlic, then brush over each bomb.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- Seal dough well to prevent cheese from leaking.
- Serve with marinara or burger sauce for dipping.
- Use pizza dough instead of biscuits if preferred.
