Description

Garlic Parmesan cheeseburger bombs are bite-sized stuffed dough balls filled with seasoned beef and melty cheese, brushed with garlic butter and baked until golden.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder; remove from heat.
  4. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a circle.
  5. Spoon a small amount of beef into the center of each dough round.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Wrap dough around the filling and pinch to seal completely.
  8. Place bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  9. Mix melted butter and minced garlic, then brush over each bomb.
  10. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  11. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  12. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Seal dough well to prevent cheese from leaking.
  • Serve with marinara or burger sauce for dipping.
  • Use pizza dough instead of biscuits if preferred.
