Description
Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are bite-sized stuffed biscuit balls filled with juicy ground beef, melted cheese, and brushed with garlic butter, then topped with Parmesan for a savory, cheesy appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning or burger seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess grease.
- Stir in taco or burger seasoning and mix well. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit dough round and place a spoonful of beef mixture and some shredded cheese in the center.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal, forming a ball.
- Place the sealed side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush over each dough ball.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese generously on top.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with dipping sauces such as ranch, ketchup, or garlic aioli.

- You can swap cheddar with mozzarella or pepper jack for extra flavor.
- Use homemade biscuit dough if preferred.
