Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are bite-sized stuffed biscuit balls filled with juicy ground beef, melted cheese, and brushed with garlic butter, then topped with Parmesan for a savory, cheesy appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning or burger seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in taco or burger seasoning and mix well. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough round and place a spoonful of beef mixture and some shredded cheese in the center.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal, forming a ball.
  6. Place the sealed side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush over each dough ball.
  8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese generously on top.
  9. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm with dipping sauces such as ranch, ketchup, or garlic aioli.

  • You can swap cheddar with mozzarella or pepper jack for extra flavor.
  • Use homemade biscuit dough if preferred.
  • Serve as a game-day snack, appetizer, or dinner side.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container and reheated in the oven or air fryer.
