Description
Soft golden biscuit dough stuffed with juicy cheeseburger filling, brushed with garlic butter, and sprinkled with Parmesan for a savory handheld treat perfect for parties or family dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of beef mixture and some shredded cheese in the center.
- Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal, forming a ball.
- Place sealed side down on baking sheet. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra cheesiness, add a cube of cheddar inside each bomb.
- These can be made ahead and reheated in the oven before serving.
- Serve with ketchup, ranch, or garlic aioli for dipping.
