Description

Soft golden biscuit dough stuffed with juicy cheeseburger filling, brushed with garlic butter, and sprinkled with Parmesan for a savory handheld treat perfect for parties or family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of beef mixture and some shredded cheese in the center.
  5. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal, forming a ball.
  6. Place sealed side down on baking sheet. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra cheesiness, add a cube of cheddar inside each bomb.
  • These can be made ahead and reheated in the oven before serving.
  • Serve with ketchup, ranch, or garlic aioli for dipping.
