These garlic butter steak bites with parmesan cream sauce are juicy, tender pieces of beef seared to perfection, then tossed in a rich and creamy garlic parmesan sauce for an indulgent dinner or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear steak bites in a single layer for 2–3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove steak and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and beef broth, stirring to deglaze the pan.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, simmering until sauce thickens slightly, about 3–4 minutes.
  7. Return steak bites to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
