Description

Juicy garlic butter steak bites served over creamy Parmesan pasta, combining tender beef with a rich, velvety sauce for a satisfying restaurant-style meal at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned; remove and set aside.
  5. Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet.
  6. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  7. Pour in heavy cream and stir, scraping up any browned bits.
  8. Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes; simmer until sauce thickens.
  9. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
  10. Return steak bites to the skillet and gently combine.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the pan when searing steak for best browning.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for a smoother sauce.
  • Ribeye or strip steak can be substituted for sirloin.
