A quick and easy copycat Texas Roadhouse salmon recipe featuring tender, flaky salmon fillets seasoned simply and finished with a buttery lemon glaze, ready in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- Brush salmon with olive oil and season evenly with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in lemon juice and dried parsley.
- Brush the butter mixture over the cooked salmon.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
