Description
Easy Puff Pastry Pizza is a quick and flaky pizza made with store-bought puff pastry, topped with sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings. It’s perfect for a fast snack, appetizer, or light meal.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers (optional)
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry slightly and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
- Lightly score a border around the edges of the pastry, being careful not to cut through.
- Brush the edges with olive oil.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the center of the pastry.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add desired toppings and sprinkle with oregano or Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and puffed.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- Do not overload toppings to keep the pastry crisp.
- Can be customized with vegetables, cooked meats, or different cheeses.
