Description

Easy Puff Pastry Pizza is a quick and flaky pizza made with store-bought puff pastry, topped with sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings. It’s perfect for a fast snack, appetizer, or light meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry slightly and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Lightly score a border around the edges of the pastry, being careful not to cut through.
  4. Brush the edges with olive oil.
  5. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the center of the pastry.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  7. Add desired toppings and sprinkle with oregano or Italian seasoning.
  8. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and puffed.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
