Description

Dubai pistachio chocolate brownies are rich, fudgy brownies infused with dark chocolate and topped with crunchy pistachios, inspired by luxurious Middle Eastern flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons pistachio paste or cream (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and melted dark chocolate until smooth.
  3. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  4. Sift in flour, salt, and cocoa powder; fold gently until just incorporated.
  5. Stir in half of the chopped pistachios.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Dollop pistachio paste on top if using and swirl gently.
  8. Sprinkle remaining pistachios evenly over the batter.
  9. Bake for 25–30 minutes until edges are set and the center is slightly fudgy.
  10. Cool completely before slicing.
