Description
Dubai pistachio chocolate brownies are rich, fudgy brownies infused with dark chocolate and topped with crunchy pistachios, inspired by luxurious Middle Eastern flavors.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz dark chocolate, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup pistachios, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons pistachio paste or cream (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and melted dark chocolate until smooth.
- Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Sift in flour, salt, and cocoa powder; fold gently until just incorporated.
- Stir in half of the chopped pistachios.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Dollop pistachio paste on top if using and swirl gently.
- Sprinkle remaining pistachios evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until edges are set and the center is slightly fudgy.
- Cool completely before slicing.
