Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add eggs and gradually whisk in milk until the batter is smooth and thin.
- Stir in melted butter and let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease with butter.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, swirling to coat thinly.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes until edges are crispy and lightly golden.
- Flip and cook the other side for about 30 seconds.
- Remove and repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve immediately with desired fillings.
