Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Butter or oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add eggs and gradually whisk in milk until the batter is smooth and thin.
  3. Stir in melted butter and let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease with butter.
  5. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan, swirling to coat thinly.
  6. Cook for 1–2 minutes until edges are crispy and lightly golden.
  7. Flip and cook the other side for about 30 seconds.
  8. Remove and repeat with remaining batter.
  9. Serve immediately with desired fillings.
