Description
A creamy Crock Pot spinach artichoke dip made with melted cheeses, tender spinach, and marinated artichokes, perfect for parties and gatherings.
Ingredients
- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Lightly grease the crock pot.
- Add cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper to the crock pot.
- Stir until ingredients are well combined.
- Add spinach and artichokes and mix gently.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours or HIGH for 1–1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once melted and creamy, stir well and serve warm.
Notes
- Drain spinach thoroughly to prevent a watery dip.
- Serve with tortilla chips, bread, or vegetables.
- Keep warm on the LOW setting for serving.
