Description

A creamy Crock Pot spinach artichoke dip made with melted cheeses, tender spinach, and marinated artichokes, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the crock pot.
  2. Add cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper to the crock pot.
  3. Stir until ingredients are well combined.
  4. Add spinach and artichokes and mix gently.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours or HIGH for 1–1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
  6. Once melted and creamy, stir well and serve warm.

Notes

  • Drain spinach thoroughly to prevent a watery dip.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, bread, or vegetables.
  • Keep warm on the LOW setting for serving.
