Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Stir in shredded chicken and half of the shredded cheeses.
- Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions if desired.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
