Description

Golden, buttery garlic bread bombs stuffed with a creamy crab and shrimp filling, loaded with cheese and baked until perfectly crispy outside and gooey inside. A fun and flavorful seafood appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup lump crab meat, drained
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a small circle.
  4. Place a spoonful of seafood mixture in the center of each dough circle.
  5. Fold edges over filling and pinch tightly to seal, forming a ball.
  6. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with extra melted butter or marinara sauce if desired.

Notes

  • Ensure crab meat is well drained to prevent soggy filling.
  • Do not overfill to avoid leakage while baking.
  • Can substitute imitation crab if preferred.
  • Best served fresh and warm.
