Ingredients
- 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts or crushed cookies (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Let melted chocolate cool slightly.
- Gently fold melted chocolate and vanilla extract into the Cool Whip until fully combined.
- Fold in nuts or crushed cookies if using.
- Spoon mixture into small dollops onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Freeze for 30–45 minutes until firm.
- Store candies in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to serve.
