Ingredients
- 40 saltine crackers (about 1 sleeve)
- 1 cup unsalted butter

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and arrange saltine crackers in a single layer.

- Pour caramel mixture evenly over crackers, spreading with a spatula if needed.
- Bake for 5 minutes, until bubbly.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. Let sit for 2 minutes, then spread into an even layer.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl, then sprinkle evenly over the melted chocolate.
- Let cool completely at room temperature or refrigerate until set.
- Break into pieces and enjoy.
Notes
- White or dark chocolate can be used instead of semi-sweet.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or refrigerate for longer freshness.
- For extra texture, drizzle with caramel or sprinkle with chopped nuts before the chocolate sets.
