Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs — The Ultimate Dessert You’ll Crave Again and Again

  • Author: Sarah
  • Total Time: 1 hour

Description

These Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs combine the best of both worlds – soft cookie dough and fudgy brownies. Coated in rich chocolate, these bite-sized treats are perfect for parties, snacks, or satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of brownie mix (prepared according to package instructions)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 cups chocolate candy melts
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the brownies according to the package instructions and let them cool completely. Once cooled, cut the brownies into small squares.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until the mixture becomes fluffy. Add in the milk and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
  • Gradually stir in the flour until fully incorporated. Then, fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  • Roll the cookie dough mixture into small balls, about 1 tablespoon each.
  • Flatten each brownie square and wrap it around a cookie dough ball, forming a “bomb.” Make sure the dough ball is fully enclosed within the brownie.
  • Melt the chocolate candy melts according to the package instructions. Dip each brownie bomb into the melted chocolate and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Add sprinkles on top if desired, before the chocolate sets.
  • Refrigerate the brownie bombs until the chocolate is fully set.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle sea salt on top of the bombs before the chocolate hardens.
