Description
Bite-sized desserts made with fudgy brownie bases topped with creamy edible chocolate chip cookie dough, perfect for parties and sweet cravings.
Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour, heat-treated
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
- Prepare the brownie batter according to package instructions.
- Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with brownie batter.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until set, then allow brownies to cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Mix in milk and vanilla extract.
- Add heat-treated flour and mix until combined, then fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Scoop small portions of cookie dough and place on top of each cooled brownie bite.
Notes
- Heat-treat flour to make the cookie dough safe to eat.
- Store bites refrigerated for best texture.
- You can drizzle melted chocolate on top for extra indulgence.
