Description

Bite-sized desserts made with fudgy brownie bases topped with creamy edible chocolate chip cookie dough, perfect for parties and sweet cravings.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour, heat-treated
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Nonstick cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie batter according to package instructions.
  3. Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with brownie batter.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes until set, then allow brownies to cool completely.
  5. In a bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  6. Mix in milk and vanilla extract.
  7. Add heat-treated flour and mix until combined, then fold in mini chocolate chips.
  8. Scoop small portions of cookie dough and place on top of each cooled brownie bite.
