Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits.
  6. Add the heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
