Description
Juicy chicken fillets cooked in a spicy, creamy garlic-parmesan sauce, served with crispy fries for a hearty and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken fillets (about 200g each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 2 medium potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for fries)
Instructions
- Season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken fillets for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, chili flakes, and stir until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Return chicken fillets to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Meanwhile, toss potato fries with vegetable oil, salt, and pepper, then bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20-25 minutes until crispy (or fry until golden).
- Serve chicken fillets with the creamy garlic-parmesan sauce and fries on the side. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken thighs for fillets for extra juiciness.
- Adjust chili flakes depending on spice preference.
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
