Description

Juicy chicken fillets cooked in a spicy, creamy garlic-parmesan sauce, served with crispy fries for a hearty and flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets (about 200g each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 2 medium potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for fries)


Instructions

  1. Season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken fillets for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, chili flakes, and stir until smooth and slightly thickened.
  5. Return chicken fillets to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, toss potato fries with vegetable oil, salt, and pepper, then bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20-25 minutes until crispy (or fry until golden).
  7. Serve chicken fillets with the creamy garlic-parmesan sauce and fries on the side. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • You can substitute chicken thighs for fillets for extra juiciness.
  • Adjust chili flakes depending on spice preference.
  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
