Description

A cheesy, savory stromboli stuffed with seasoned chicken, crispy bacon, ranch dressing, and melted cheese, all wrapped in golden pizza dough for the ultimate comfort food.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Optional: extra ranch for dipping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll pizza dough into a large rectangle (about 12×15 inches).
  3. Spread ranch dressing evenly over dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  4. Layer chicken, bacon, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese evenly over ranch.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder and parsley on top for extra flavor.
  6. Starting from the long edge, carefully roll dough into a log. Pinch seams and tuck ends to seal.
  7. Place stromboli seam-side down on baking sheet. Brush with egg wash.
  8. Cut 3–4 small slits on top to allow steam to escape.
  9. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with extra ranch for dipping.
