Description

Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread Bowls are indulgent bread bowls filled with creamy Alfredo pasta, tender chicken, and rich garlic butter flavor, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 large round bread loaves
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced or diced
  • 10 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (for garlic bread bowls)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (for bowls)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Cut the tops off the bread loaves and hollow out the centers to form bowls.
  3. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush inside and on top edges of the bread bowls.
  4. Place bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly toasted.
  5. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and warm the cooked chicken; remove and set aside.
  7. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  8. Add heavy cream, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  9. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  10. Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce and toss to coat.
  11. Spoon the Alfredo mixture into the toasted garlic bread bowls.
  12. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

  • Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • Serve immediately to prevent the bread from becoming soggy.
