Ingredients
- 4 large round bread loaves
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced or diced
- 10 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup melted butter (for garlic bread bowls)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (for bowls)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Cut the tops off the bread loaves and hollow out the centers to form bowls.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush inside and on top edges of the bread bowls.
- Place bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly toasted.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and warm the cooked chicken; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Spoon the Alfredo mixture into the toasted garlic bread bowls.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

- Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Serve immediately to prevent the bread from becoming soggy.
- Add mozzarella for extra cheesiness.
