Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
  3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling into the center of each.
  4. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch edges tightly to seal.
  5. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet or in the air fryer basket.
  6. Brush each bomb with melted butter.
  7. Mix sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the tops.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes (or air fry for 8–10 minutes) until golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly before serving. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
