Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cream cheese or whipped cheese spread
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni or cooked chicken (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread cream cheese evenly over each tortilla, then add a thin layer of pizza sauce.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses. Add pepperoni or chicken if using.
- Fold tortillas in half, then cut into triangles.
- Brush both sides with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Arrange on the baking sheet and sprinkle extra mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
