Description

Cheesy tortilla triangles stuffed with creamy whipped filling and topped with melted cheese, resembling mini pizza bites with a gooey, irresistible center.

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cream cheese or whipped cheese spread
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni or cooked chicken (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread cream cheese evenly over each tortilla, then add a thin layer of pizza sauce.
  3. Sprinkle with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses. Add pepperoni or chicken if using.
  4. Fold tortillas in half, then cut into triangles.
  5. Brush both sides with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  6. Arrange on the baking sheet and sprinkle extra mozzarella on top.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Use flavored tortillas (spinach, tomato basil) for extra taste and color.
  • Make them vegetarian by using mushrooms, olives, or bell peppers instead of meat.
  • Great as a party snack, appetizer, or quick dinner idea.
  • Air fryer option: Cook at 375°F for 7–8 minutes until crispy and golden.
