Description
Cheesy pepperoni pizza roll ups are fun, oven-baked snacks made with rolled dough, melty mozzarella, and classic pepperoni, perfect for parties or quick comfort food.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20–24 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 cup pizza or marinara sauce (for dipping)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
- Layer pepperoni slices evenly on top of the cheese.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place roll ups cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush butter mixture over each roll up.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Seal the dough well to keep cheese from leaking.
