Description
Cheesy garlic rolls are soft, fluffy dinner rolls filled and topped with melted cheese and garlic butter, perfect as a side dish or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 12 dinner rolls or pizza dough balls
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a baking dish.
- Place rolls evenly in the baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic.
- Brush garlic butter generously over the rolls.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until rolls are golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley and salt.
- Serve warm.

- Use pizza dough for a more homemade texture.
- Add Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
