Description

Cheesy garlic rolls are soft, fluffy dinner rolls filled and topped with melted cheese and garlic butter, perfect as a side dish or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 12 dinner rolls or pizza dough balls
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Place rolls evenly in the baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic.
  4. Brush garlic butter generously over the rolls.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until rolls are golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley and salt.
  8. Serve warm.

  • Use pizza dough for a more homemade texture.
