Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, then cook until golden and cooked through, about 6–7 minutes. Remove from heat.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley to make garlic butter.
- Lay tortillas flat. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella and cheddar, add cooked chicken, then top with more cheese.
- Fold tortillas into wraps, tucking in the sides to seal.
- Brush wraps with garlic butter on both sides.
- Heat a clean skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Toast wraps for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve warm, with extra garlic butter or marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Add spinach, bell peppers, or caramelized onions for extra flavor and texture.
- Use a mix of cheeses like provolone or Monterey Jack for variety.
- For extra crispiness, bake wraps at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes after pan-toasting.
- Great for meal prep—wrap tightly and refrigerate for up to 2 days before toasting.
