Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- 2 tablespoons butter (for grilling)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Slice thinly.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- On the unbuttered side, layer sliced chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese, and drizzle with ranch dressing.
- Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
- Grill sandwiches in a skillet or panini press over medium heat until bread is golden and cheese is melted, flipping once.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve hot.
