Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 4 slices sandwich bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter (for grilling)


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Slice thinly.
  3. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  4. On the unbuttered side, layer sliced chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese, and drizzle with ranch dressing.
  5. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
