Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup apple pie filling, chopped
- 8 soft caramel candies
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Optional: powdered sugar or caramel sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a circle.
- Place a spoonful of apple pie filling and one caramel candy in the center of each dough circle.
- Carefully wrap dough around the filling and pinch seams to seal.
- Roll each ball in melted butter.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon together and roll dough balls in the mixture.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving and drizzle with caramel sauce if desired.
