Description

Irresistible Caramel Apple Pie Bombs featuring tender apple pie filling wrapped in buttery dough and baked until golden, with a gooey caramel center in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup apple pie filling, chopped
  • 8 soft caramel candies
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Optional: powdered sugar or caramel sauce for drizzling


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a circle.
  3. Place a spoonful of apple pie filling and one caramel candy in the center of each dough circle.
  4. Carefully wrap dough around the filling and pinch seams to seal.
  5. Roll each ball in melted butter.
  6. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and roll dough balls in the mixture.
  7. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly before serving and drizzle with caramel sauce if desired.
