Ingredients
- 3 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs until lightly beaten.
- Add cottage cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder; mix well.
- Fold in steamed broccoli and shredded cheese.
- Pour mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
