Ingredients

  • 3 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed
  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for greasing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs until lightly beaten.
  3. Add cottage cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder; mix well.
  4. Fold in steamed broccoli and shredded cheese.
  5. Pour mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until set and lightly golden.
