Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream (optional, for creaminess)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form the dressing.
- Add chicken, bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce to the bowl. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve chilled as a salad, in a sandwich, or wrapped in a tortilla.

- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and added flavor.
