Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream (optional, for creaminess)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form the dressing.
  2. Add chicken, bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce to the bowl. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  4. Serve chilled as a salad, in a sandwich, or wrapped in a tortilla.
