Ingredients
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 medium bananas, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved
- Chocolate syrup (for drizzling)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant pudding mix and crushed pineapple (including juice). Stir until fully blended and slightly thickened.
- Fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Gently add the mini marshmallows, banana slices, chopped strawberries, nuts (if using), and halved maraschino cherries. Mix gently to avoid breaking the fruit.
