Description

Crispy and golden air fryer sliced potatoes that are quick to prepare and perfectly seasoned, making a simple and delicious side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme (optional)


Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then slice them thinly (about 1/8-inch thick).
  2. Place the potato slices in a bowl of cold water for 10 minutes, then drain and pat completely dry.
  3. Transfer the dried potato slices to a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and herbs if using.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if needed.
  6. Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  7. Serve immediately while hot.
