- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, ketchup, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf that fits inside your air fryer basket. Place it on a small sheet of parchment paper or aluminum foil for easier cleanup.

- Remove from the air fryer and let the meatloaf rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for the best texture without too much grease.
- Try mixing in ground pork or turkey for a lighter variation.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
- Pair with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
