Description

Delicious chicken and mozzarella wraps made with tender grilled chicken, melted mozzarella cheese, fresh vegetables, and a soft tortilla wrap. Perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or sliced
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking, optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken with mayonnaise or ranch dressing, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay the tortilla flat and spread the chicken mixture evenly in the center.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  6. Optional: Heat a skillet with a little olive oil and lightly toast the wrap on both sides until golden and the cheese melts.
  7. Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can substitute mozzarella with cheddar or provolone for a different flavor.
  • Use whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas if preferred.
  • Add avocado or bell peppers for extra freshness.
  • Best served warm but can also be eaten cold.
