Ingredients

  • For the Crust:
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup self-rising flour (or all-purpose flour + 3/4 teaspoon baking powder + pinch of salt)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
