Ingredients
- For the Crust:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in self-rising flour until fully combined.
- Spread the batter evenly into a rectangle (about 1/4-inch thick) on the prepared baking sheet.
