Ingredients
- 1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
- 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and smooth.
- Add the flour gradually and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls or pipe shapes and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Flatten slightly with a fork if desired.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
