Ingredients

  • 1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
  • 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and smooth.
  3. Add the flour gradually and mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls or pipe shapes and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
